The BIRRATEQUE collection has been developed in collaboration with Centro Studi Assaggiatori (International specialists of sensory analysis). Each beer style has unique organoleptic characteristics, and therefore, each specific beer style should be served in the appropriate glass to emphasize all its organoleptic features. The shapes and dimensions of this new glassware collection are the results of studies, research, and tests, allowing for the true aromas of the beer to be experienced. If the glass is filled up to the rim, the aromatic molecules of the beer will drift out and vanish in the surrounding environment, and its flavor will be distorted. Glass shape and glass quality influence the color, aroma, and taste of the beer. The glass shape must match the beer style that is poured into it. The internal volume of the glass must be greater than that of the beer poured into it, in order to create an adequate aromatic chamber (Head Space).

The linear shape, a scientific take on the classic cylindrical glass, combines informality and advanced techniques: the solidity of the stem contrasts with the refined rim, making it the ideal expert tool for everyday use. The Pilsner highlights the compactness of the foam and the distinctive fragrances, especially citrus fruits, that may otherwise be hidden. This glassware collection is IDEAL FOR: American Pilsners, Baltic Pilsners, German Pilsners, Czech Pilsners, and Light Lagers. The glass measures 3"DIA X 8"H and 0.88"LBS.

The Foam Control System at the Base and the Laser Etched Circle help maintain a stream of bubbles, replenishing the head and releasing the aromas. SON.hyx - High-Tech blown lead-free crystal glass, is break resistant and dishwasher safe.
